1. Subscription Refunds. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. How to Request. Contact us at support@aihub.com with your order details. We will process your request within 5–7 business days.
3. Partial Refunds. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by local law.
4. Promotions & Bundles. Discounted or bundled purchases are subject to the same 14-day refund window. The refund amount will reflect the discounted price paid.
5. Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider will result in immediate suspension of your account. We may contest chargebacks with proof of service delivery.
